We are True Fitness

Our team is here to assist you with your training needs. All of our classes are specifically designed to accommodate the beginner who may be totally new to fitness, all the way to the advanced!

Each workout is customized for participants fitness level and experience.
Classes are held:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 5:30 a.m., 6:30 a.m., 7:30 a.m. & 8:30 a.m.
Tuesday and Thursday: @ 6:30 a.m., 7:30 a.m.

Our Services

True Fitness Boot Camp's owner and instructor, Matthew McMillan, develops high-intensity boot-camp workouts designed to efficiently slim down bodies. A Dragon Door–certified hard-style kettlebell instructor, Matthew designs a wide variety of mixed circuits using equipement like: TRX suspension systems, battling ropes, plyo stack boxes, wooden boxes, medicine balls, power wheels, gliders, agility ladders, bands & stability balls...... body weight circuits with no equipment... and kettle bell lifting days, keeping workouts fresh & unpredictable from week to week....
